Alexa Kubica
Alexa began her yoga journey in 2011 and quickly discovered yoga as a guide to better herself and the life she lived. As an instructor, her goal is to help bring self-awareness to her students and cultivate an immersion of yoga on their mats and into their everyday lives. How we present ourselves in class is a replication of how we show up each day. Alexa’s purpose is to bring her students’ attention to their bodies, tuning in and understanding its needs. She opens up space for self-discovery, the manifestation of intentions and a connection between our breath and body. Together, we find a balance of powerful, heated sequences and peaceful, deep releases physically and mentally.

Nicole Wallace
Nicole started her yoga practice in 2013 in hot yoga. Over the years her practice has grown and evolved eventually leading her to Ashtanga and Hatha. Nicole’s goals in teaching are to provide a safe place for students to practice and to share the effects yoga can have on your life. The calming of the mind and self-awareness learned in class can be manifested every day outside of the studio. She strives to help others to become aware of their body by gaining flexibility, mobility, and fluidity through Asanas. For Nicole yoga means a way of living. Not just on the mat but off the mat as well. To be more patient, to live fulfilled, and to be mindful in class and out. Classes are a balance of movement and stretch designed to leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
